Our service is for individuals and families moving to Vietnam, the Philippines or Thailand. Visa support is available to French, Spanish and British nationals, following an individual assessment. We can communicate in French, English or Spanish.
Case assessment and a complete plan: circumstances, destination, formalities, timeline and projected budget. If requested, the plan includes assessment of a tiny house and rental income project. Implementation services and investment capital are separate and priced by quotation. Submitting an enquiry does not trigger payment.
Our visa service covers French, Spanish and British nationals relocating to Vietnam, the Philippines or Thailand. We prepare and track applications, including renewals covered by your offer. Issuance and renewal depend on eligibility, destination-country rules and the decision of the competent authorities.
Support opening a local bank account can be included in your implementation quotation. The assessment sets out steps and documents to prepare. Opening remains subject to the bank’s checks and approval.
Yes. Your plans can include your partner and children. We collect the relevant details during registration to assess each family member’s requirements.

No. Rental income varies and is not guaranteed. It depends on availability for rental, occupancy, costs and taxes. The assessment checks whether estimated net income could contribute to your budget; it does not guarantee that it will cover all living expenses.
MIAKI assesses your circumstances, destination, household needs and budget. The assessment and complete plan cost EUR 50 per person. Visa support, housing search and concierge services to implement are then quoted separately.
You can request airport welcome and fast-track support for your Vietnam project. The service is quoted and confirmed according to the airport, flight and availability. It does not replace immigration checks or the required documents.
